Billing Support

  1. What is Mcash?

    You need to have Mcash to buy games and other items on the site.

    Mcash is our internal currency, which you can purchase from your My Account page. 100 Mcash is equivalent to US$1.

  2. How do I obtain Mcash?

    You can purchase Mcash directly online from your My Account page.

    To purchase Mcash, sign into MatchMove Games, click on My Account, and then click on "Get More Mcash" and select from the available payment solutions. (Step-by-step instructions are available for each in the Top Up page.)

    Mcash must be bought with real money. We provide many methods with which users can purchase Mcash, including buying from PayPal, Cherry Credits, GX Credits, and Load Central.

    Each payment provider has a different transaction method; please follow the instructions on their respective sites on how to buy Mcash.

  3. What is an Mcash PIN?

    An Mcash PIN is a serial number that is provided to users by our payment providers. Keying in this Mcash PIN is the final step a user must undergo to finish a transaction to buy Mcash.

    Mcash PINs are obtained DIRECTLY from our payment partners. MatchMove Games does not provide Mcash PINs to users directly. Please visit your preferred payment partner for further instructions on how to buy Mcash PINs.

  4. How do I purchase a game?

    First, you need to top up your account with enough Mcash at your My Account page. Most games cost 500-1,000 Mcash (or about US$5-10). Then, proceed to the game page and follow the prompts after you click "Buy game". Once your purchase is confirmed, the appropriate amount of Mcash will be deducted from your account, and you will be able to download and activate the full version of your game.

Accounts and Privacy

  1. What do I do if I lose my password?

    If you have lost your password, you can have a new copy sent to the e-mail address that you registered with. Simply click on "Forgot your password?" on the Sign In page.

  2. How can I ensure that my information stays safe?

    This is a two-way street. We keep all of your private information encrypted and stored in state-of-the-art secure servers. Your private information stays hidden and secure.

    However, all of the encryption in the world can't help you if you share your account details with someone else. Remember, DO NOT give your password out to anyone. MatchMove Games will never ask for your password.

    If anyone asks you for your password or private information on MatchMove Games, please report them to us immediately.

  3. Is it all right for me to share my MatchMove Games account with my friends or family?

    No. Each account is reserved for only one user and one email address. Sharing of secure credentials such as passwords and security keys is a violation of our Terms of Service policy.

Leaderboard

  1. What are leaderboards?

    Some of our games have leaderboard function, which are connected to the different modes available in each game (ie. Timed and Untimed mode in Bejeweled).

    We currently have three games with leaderboard capability: Astropop, Bejeweled, and Bejeweled 2.

    Our leaderboards host the highest scores ever achieved at MatchMove Games. Only the best of the best are listed on these leaderboards, and it's one heck of an achievement to have your name there!

  2. How do the leaderboards work?

    Every time you finish a game, your score is checked against our leaderboards.

    If your score is higher than one of the current top scores, then it will replace that score. Each leaderboard only has enough slots for 10 high scores, so always aim for the top score on each leaderboard!

    It takes serious dedication to obtain those high scores, so don't be disappointed if you don't make it on the first try. Keep working hard and soon you'll receive the recognition you deserve!

    Oh, and before we forget, another great reason to top the high scores is the fact that you can brag about it to your friends on Facebook and Yahoo!

Casual Games

  1. Why isn't my game recognizing my save data?

    Always ensure that there's a folder that allows you to save your user data. Otherwise, you have to create your own, or you can try re-installing the game.

    If the problem persists, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  2. How will I know if I have the system requirements for the game?

    Knowledge of the following components is important.
    - CPU - type and speed (i.e. AMD Phenom II 2.5GHz or Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3 GHz)
    - RAM - amount (i.e. 2GB, 4GB)
    - Video Card - model and amount of memory (i.e. Radeon HD2400 256MB, or GeForce GTX 260 1GB)
    - Hard Drive - space remaining

    You can find the CPU, RAM, and Video Card information by using DirectX Diagnostics. Click Start, then Run... and type "dxdiag" (without the quotation marks) and hit Enter.

    The program will load, and the first screen will show you your processor and RAM information. The Display tab will show you your video card information.

    For hard drive space, just open My Computer and right-click your hard drive (typically C: unless you have more than one drive), then choose Properties. It will tell you the hard drive size, amount used, and amount free.

    Once you get all this, just compare to what the game box says. If you meet or pass what it says, you're fine.

    If all this is too hard, you can just try a site like www.srtest.com or www.systemrequirementslab.com.

    Just select the game you're curious about and click "Can I run it?" and let it run the test. Just keep in mind that these sites can often be misleading about how a game will perform on your system, and are occasionally flat-out wrong.

    They can say no to a top-end gaming system, and they can give false hope to people with older machines, so be mindful of results from these sites.

  3. How do I minimize the game?

    If you're running in windowed mode, you should be able to click on the minimize button the top right hand side of your game window.

    Otherwise, you should be able to press ALT+ESC, ALT+TAB or press your windows key to minimize your game.

  4. Why is my game not starting?

    You need to see if the game is compatible with your PC. Make sure your system meets the minimum requirements. If your computer meets these requirements, contact us at cs@matchmovegames.com.

  5. How do I install a game?

    Simply use our executable installer. Remember, you may only install our games on Windows. Please follow the instructions given after the installer begins to run.

  6. Why did my game hang halfway through my play session?

    You may be running too many programs at the same time. Otherwise, your game and another program running may be running into conflicts.

  7. Why is my download speed so slow?

    You may be downloading a copy of your game during peak hours. If you are having trouble downloading all files and not just from our website, please contact your ISP.

  8. Why can't I play the game for more than an hour?

    You are currently playing a free-trial version. If you like the game, you could purchase the full version through our website.

  9. I am having trouble connecting with my Facebook account.

    When you click on "Connect with Facebook", there will be a popup window for login. If the the popup does not appear, you may have to disable the pop-up blocker from your browser.

SOCIAL GAMES

  1. Why can't I upload my profile picture?

    It's likely that your picture is bigger than the maximum 512 KB allowed. Try using a different picture; we're sure you have other ones that you look good in!

  2. My picture uploaded, but I can’t see it on my profile.

    Please give it a little while; our server may still be updating your profile. If this doesn't work, try uploading the photo again!

  3. Where can I find my friends?

    You can find a list of your online friends on the bottom left corner of the main social games page. You can also find a full listing of your friends in your "My Profile" page.

  4. What are badges?

    Badges appear on your profile when you achieve certain tasks while playing on MatchMove Games. They can be found on your awards page, where everyone from MatchMove (not just your friends), can see all the cool things that you've managed to do! There are awards for a LOT of things, including how many profiles you've visited, to how many times you've posted on the forums, and even how many posts you've "liked"!

  5. What are the forums for?

    We have a forum for each of our social games. These are divided into English, Bahasa, Thai, Chinese and Vietnamese. Be sure to check the forums on your local language to get help with the games and to meet gamers from your home country!

  6. Why isn't my game loading?

    The game may not be loading due to numerous reasons. Please ensure that the following are true before trying to play one of MatchMove's social games:
    - You are connected to the internet
    - You have the latest version of Flash installed
    - You are logged into MatchMove Games

    If these are all true, then your chosen game may be down for scheduled maintenance. Please check again in an hour or two to see if it's back up!

  7. Can I play MatchMove’s social games offline?

    We're sorry to say that this isn't possible. Our social games are designed to be played on the MatchMove network, and can't be downloaded and played offline.

  8. Can I reset my score or game progress?

    No, you may not reset your game or score. Unfortunately, this isn't part of the game design.

  9. How do I invite my friends to play games with me?

    You can invite your friends through numerous options:
    - Facebook Connect
    - Yahoo! OpenID
    - Email invites

    Using any of these options to share games or invite your friends will result in them receiving an update about it on their profile (Facebook and Yahoo!), as well as receiving an email telling them that you'd like to see them on MatchMove Games (Yahoo! and Email invites).

    Of course, if you don't like any of these options, you could always tell your friend about MatchMove Games the next time you see them!

  1. Q: How do I earn free Mcash?

    A: You can get free Mcash from completing offers from MatchMove partners within the MatchMove Games site. Mcash is our virtual currency, and it is used to buy our casual games as well as goods within our social games.

    For example, you can buy a product from one of our affiliates. After your purchase, you will receive free Mcash equivalent to 3% of your total purchase! What have you got to lose? You get to buy the products that you want, AND earn free Mcash while you do it! Check out our other offers now!

  2. Q: How soon will I get my Mcash?

    A: Please check your "My Account" page after completing an offer as we will credit your Mcash once our partner merchants have sent us confirmation.

  3. Q: Why didn't I get rewarded for my survey/offer?

    A: You may not have fulfilled the requirements necessary to be credited or ad blocking software and browser security settings may have blocked the cookie necessary to track the completion of your offer. Keep all proof of purchase in order to insure that you receive your credits if you encounter a problem. This includes PIN #s, payment receipts, charge invoices or charge receipts, etc. Keeping this information will increase the speed of processing your complaint with advertisers.

    If the estimated time window has passed and you have not received a confirmation from our partner, please check your spam or filtered mail folder.

  4. Q: How do I correctly complete a survey or offer?

    A: To ensure that you complete the offer successfully, please use accurate information and complete each offer in one sitting (without refreshing the page). Advertisers validate your information and do not award users who provide incorrect information. Using any false information will cause advertisers to refuse to credit you with any bonuses.

  5. Q: Do I still get credited if there was an error in the middle of the survey/offer?

    A: Unfortunately, we cannot credit your account in the event of any errors that occur during the completion of the survey/offer. MatchMove Games does not host any of the offer sponsor's websites on our servers so we have no control over any errors experienced on their sites.

  6. Q: How do I unsubscribe from an offer?

    A: MatchMove Games does not handle any of the services or products of our advertisers. If you would like to unsubscribe from an offer or stop receiving emails/calls/texts from offer providers, you must contact them directly.



    Please do not attempt to commit fraud or submit duplicate complaints. Filing more than one complaint per survey or offer only slows down the process. We will do our best to respond to you within 24 hours. Your MatchMove account WILL be banned if you are found committing fraud.
